Brahmastra 2: With the first installment of the film just released in the theatres, the fans have already started to predict the casting of the second part of Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra. It was earlier rumored that either Hrithik or Ranveer will be seen essaying the role of “Dev” in the second installment of the film. While recently Hrithik Roshan was seen dropping some major hint about his appearance in Brahmastra 2, here’s what he said-
Hrithik Roshan Drops Major Hint On His Cameo In Brahmastra 2
Earlier it was believed that either Hrithik Roshan or Ranveer Singh will be seen essaying the role of “Dev” in Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra. However, the rumors were soon put to rest after it was reported that Hrithik Roshan has turned down the proposal of his cameo in Brahmastra 2 since he already had Krrish 4 in the making.
However recently the Vikram Vedha actor shared a very cryptic response when he was asked to comment on rumors about his casting in Nitesh Tiwari’s film Ramayana and Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra 2. Reacting to the same Hrithik told PTI, “What is happening? Nothing is happening. Next Fighter will start and then there is potential for others to be made, (including) the ones you spoke of. Fingers crossed.”
Ayan Mukerji On Casting Ranveer Or Hrithik Roshan As “Dev” In Brahmastra 2
Opening up about the character “Dev” in Brahmastra 2, Ayan Mukerji told IndianExpress.com, “I can answer very few things about Dev. The idea was to create a very clear indication about where we are going next with the storytelling. That now we are really getting into the story of our antagonist. Decoding it, giving you some hook to hang on to for part two. Dev is the fulcrum of the entire Brahmastra trilogy.”
Meanwhile, as for the rumors about casting Hrithik Roshan or Ranveer Singh as “Dev” in the second installment, Ayan told News18, “I can’t reveal who Dev is. I have been reading a lot of names but it will be a mystery for a while.”

On the work front, Hrithik is gearing up for Vikram Vedha with Saif Ali Khan. He also has Fighter with Deepika Padukone in the pipeline. The actor is set for his dream project Ramayana and is in progress to extend the Krrish franchise with Krrish 4.
