A couple of days back, Dadasaheb International Film Festival Awards 2020 was held in Mumbai. In the same award ceremony, Hrithik Roshan was lauded for his credible acting in Super 30. The actor went on to win the Best Actor award at the prestigious event.
Talking of Super 30, the film was celebrated at the Box Office by the audience for taking such a secluded topic out of the box and portraying it in the best manner possible. Hrithik Roshan essayed the character of Anand Kumar, a Bihar based mathematician.
The plot of the story was based on the real-life story of Anand Kumar who runs coaching classes for students who have IIT aspirations but belong to a weaker financial background. Not only was Hrithik’s acting hailed by the audience but also Anand Kumar himself appreciated him for his incredible work in Super 30. Anand Kumar said that he could not believe if he was watching himself or Hrithik on the screens.
On the side note, Hrtihik’s Super 30 also won the Best Film award at the Dadasaheb Phalke Awards 2020. When Hrithik’s name was announced, the response from the audience showed how much his performance was loved and surely it was a well-deserved victory.
Hrithik has had a wonderful 2019 with two back-to-back super hit films- Super 30 and War. His second film of 2019 War even went on to become the highest-grossing movie of the year, collecting over, collecting over 300 crores at the Box Office.
The tagline of the film Super 30 “Aaj Raja Ka Beta Raja Nahi Banega, Raja Wahi Banega Joh Haqdaar Hoga” garnered a lot of praise from everyone and became the highlight of the movie.
