Amit Sadh Reveals He Wanted To Leave Industry After Sushant Singh Rajput’s Death

Kai Po Che actor Amita Sadh recently revealed that he wanted to leave the film industry after Sushant Singh Rajput's death.

Bollywood actor Amit Sadh who appeared alongside late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in “Kai Po Che” recently revealed that he wanted to leave the film industry after the actor’s death. He further stated that he had a lover-like bond with the actor and he shut himself after his death.

During a conversation with Chetan Bhagat Breathe actor Amit Sadh stated that he was very much affected by Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. He revealed that he wanted to leave the industry after his death. Talking about Sushant’s suicide Amit stated that he himself tried to commit suicide and he knows how it feels, “I have tried committing suicide four times between the age of 16 and 18 so I know the mindset. Though I am a very strong person now. Everything has changed, life is good,”

Amit Sadh further claimed that the society is to be blamed when a person tries to take a step like suicide, “I know the psyche of that person. Someone dies by suicide when there is complete darkness in their life. And when there is complete darkness in someone’s life, it is not their fault, it is the society’s fault. Those around them are to be blamed because they did not care enough and someone felt so hopeless, this has happened with me, that one feels that they have nothing”.

Amit Sadh On Work Front

For the unversed, Amit Sadh appeared “Kai Po Che” alongside actors Sushant Singh Rajput and R Rajkumar. He also appeared in several big films like “Gold”, “Sultan” and others. He recently appeared in the web series “Breathe: Into the Shadows”.
