Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha. While days before the release a boycott trend has been trending against the movie Laal Singh Chaddha on Twitter. Reacting to the same the Laal Singh Chaddha director said that people are being paid to troll Aamir Khan.

On Monday, the Laal Singh Chaddha director Advait Chandan shared a short note on his Instagram, reacting to the trolls he wrote, “I am told there are people being paid to troll Aamir Sir. This deeply upsetting to hear and it’s outright unfair. Why have I been trolling him for free? #PayEveryTroll .” Take a look-

Meanwhile days before the release of the film, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ a boycott trend has been trending on Twitter, in which many netizens used the hashtag #BoycottLaalSinghChaddha on Twitter, asking people to not watch the movie. Recently some users have shared Aamir Khan’s controversial “India’s growing intolerance” statement on social media soon after which the boycott trend started circulating on social media.

Earlier actor Aamir Khan responded to the boycott trends and said, “Yes, I feel sad. Also, I feel sad that some of the people who are saying this, in their hearts, they believe that I am someone who doesn’t like India. In their hearts, they believe, but it is untrue. It is rather unfortunate that some people feel that way. That’s not the case. Please don’t boycott my film. Please watch my film.”

Aamir Khan’s film Lal Singh Chaddha is the official Hindi remake of the Hollywood film Forrest Gump, in which Tom Hanks played the lead role. In such a situation, people are angry about copying the film. Apart from this, people allege that Aamir Khan has made many such statements in the past, which are against Indian civilization and culture. Moreover, the old statement of Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Kiran Rao is also being opposed once again.

Laal Singh Chaddha stars Aamir Khan, and Kareena Kapoor in the lead, it also stars Mona Singh and Naga Chaitanya in key roles. The film is helmed by Advait Chandan and produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Viacom18 Studios, and Paramount Pictures. Laal Singh Chaddha will lock horns with Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan on 11th August.
