72 Hoorain- Another Controversial Film After The Kerala Story

The Kerala Story is one of the most popular Hindi films of 2023 due to its controversial nature. Despite criticism, the film raked phenomenal numbers at the box office. While the craze of The Kerala Story hasn’t completely died down, another controversial film is ready for release. A film titled 72 Hoorain has been making the headlines lately and is listed as one of the most anticipated movies on IMDb.

72 Hoorain is directed by two-time National award winner Sanjay Puran Singh Chauhan. He is best known for his internationally acclaimed film Lahore. It is produced by Gulab Singh Tanwar, Kiran Dagar and Anirudh Tanwar. It is co-produced by Ashoke Pandit. The film examines the real consequences of violent extremism. It delves into the depths of the human psyche and explores the twisted paths taken by Fidayeens just to meet 72 virgins also called as Hoorain.

72 Hoorain Release Date:

72 Hoorain teaser and its release date were revealed recently. The makers announced that the film will hit the theaters on July 7, 2023.

Even before the release, the controversy around the film has begun. A physical fight erupted between two guests on a news channel where the discussion revolved around 72 Hoorain.
