The fabulous win of the Indian Cricket Team in yesterday’s World Cup Semi Final match with New Zealand has made everyone excited as we have stepped into the Finals. This match was held in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai and many Bollywood celebrities were present there to support the Indian Cricket Team, from Sid Kiara to John Abraham, Madhuri Dixit, Ranbir Kapoor, Rajinikanth and, of course, Bollywood actress and beloved wife of former captain, Anushka Sharma.
This match stretched everyone’s curiosity because New Zealand as a team is very strong. And for a moment everyone was tense, but Mohammed Shami played well and took 5 wickets. In this win, Shami’s contribution was indeed great, but Virat Kohli’s century also played an important role. Virat Kohli, run machine, made his 50th One Day International century yesterday. His wife and actress Anushka Sharma showered flying kisses on her husband for his 50th century. In return, Virat from the ground sent her flying kisses. This couple was spotted on camera and were really happy.
To praise her husband and appreciate the entire team’s efforts, Anushka Sharma shared a special note on her Instagram story. She posted Virat Kohli’s photo with 50 in the background and wrote, “God is the best script writer! Utterly grateful to him for blessing me with your love, and to watch you grow from strength to strength and achieve all that you have and will, being honest to yourself and to the sport always. You are truly God’s child.” She was overwhelmed by his win and his love towards her.
She also posted a back photo of the entire team going towards the World Cup trophy and captioned it with “This Gun Team”. She appreciated Shami’s game as well, posting his photo on Instagram story with clapping emoji.
As we know, Anushka and Virat will soon welcome their second child. They might make this news official after the finals of the Cricket World Cup on November 19.
