Satyaprem Ki Katha actor Kartik Aaryan turns 32 today on 22nd November. He celebrated his birthday with his puppy Katori. Sharing a post on social media with Katori, cake and some balloons with him, he wrote the captioned saying, “Grateful for all the love.” Kartik Aaryan recently made a strong statement after getting discussed as an ‘ex-boyfriend’ topic on the Koffee With Karan show. He has been doing great in Bollywood since the last few years.
Kartik Aaryan came from a financially stable family from Gwalior but he had to go through a struggle to be in the position he is today. Kartik made his debut in Bollywood through Luv Ranjan’s film ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, released in the year 2011. Though the film was good, it didn’t give much recognition to him. In the initial phase of his career, this actor was known as Kartik Tiwari in the first three-four films, Pyaar Ka Punchnama, its sequel and Kaanchi. Later on, this Kartik Tiwari became Kartik Aaryan. But how did this happen?
While talking about his screen name in a TV show, he said, “Kartik Aaryan sounded better than Kartik Tiwari (laughs). Actually, Aaryan was always my middle name. It is not something that happened suddenly. Before the release of my first film, I had asked the team to credit me as Kartik Aaryan but they missed out on doing so.”
When Kartik Tiwari became Kartik Aaryan, this actor gained tremendous popularity. Of course, it wasn’t because of the name but because of his film, ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’. This film was released in the year 2018 and was a hit film which collected over Rs. 100 crore. After that success, Kartik gave many hit films, like Freddy, Luka Chuppi, Satyaprem Ki Katha, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Love Aaj Kal 2 etc.
It is said that, soon this actor will be seen in an upcoming film, Chandu Champion, with Katrina Kaif and Shraddha Kapoor as co-stars.
