Samantha Ruth Prabhu Admits Having Hard Feelings For Ex-Husband Naga Chaitanya

In the latest episode of Koffee With Karan 7, Samantha Ruth Prabhu talks about her divorce from Naga Chaitanya.

Telugu superstars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya shocked everyone when they ended four years of marriage in 2021. They announced their separation via a social media post on 2 October 2021. People still wonder what went wrong between the duo that was so madly in love for almost a decade and had the most gorgeous wedding ceremony in 2017.

Meanwhile, Samantha has now opened up about her divorce and admits having hard feelings for her ex-husband Naga Chaitanya. The Oo Antava sensation recently appeared on Koffee With Karan Season 7 along with Khiladi Akshay Kumar. While on the couch, host Karan Johar asked Samantha, “How your life has been post-divorce?”

To this, Samantha replied, “It has been hard but it’s good now. It’s fine. I am stronger than I have ever been.”

Karan then asked, “Are there any hard feelings?”

Samantha replied, “You mean if you put us both in a room, you’d have to hide sharp objects? Yes, as of now.”

There was also a moment when Karan accidentally called Chaitanya her husband. Samantha immediately corrected him as she said, “Ex-husband”.

Karan then asked Samantha about the social media trolling that she had to face after separating from Naga Chaitanya. She said, “So, I couldn’t really complain about it because I chose that path, I chose to be transparent and I chose to reveal a lot of my life. And, when the separation happened, I couldn’t be too upset about it because they invested in my life and it was my responsibility to have answers which I didn’t at that point of time. I think I came out of it okay, better than okay.”

Samantha then blamed Karan Johar for unhappy marriages. She said, “You are the reason for unhappy marriages. Because you have marketed this idea of marriage. You have portrayed life to be K3G when in fact the reality is KGF. So, please don’t ask any questions about marriage to us. Ask yourself.”

In 2021, while she was in the news for ending her marriage, she also created a lot of buzz for her digital debut with The Family Man 2 and her first item song ‘Oo Antava’ from Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa: The Rise.
