Bhumika Chawla is one of the most successful actresses of her generation. She still manages to entertain her fans with her acting skills, and most people are impressed by her calm nature. The actress is currently enjoying the release of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan as she reunites with Salman Khan after the superhit film Tere Naam, which was released in 2003. After the film, the actress did not pay much attention to the film industry. In a recent interview, the actress revealed that she was replaced by films, even after the success of Tere Naam. She said that she was offered JAb We Met and Munna Bhai MBBS; however, things didn’t work for some reason.
Bhumika made her Bollywood debut with Satish Kaushik’s film Tere Naam, and after that, she got many film offers; however, things didn’t go according to plan. In an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, she said that she was always selective and choosy about what she did. She signed a big project after it, but unfortunately, the production house changed, the hero changed, and then the title of the film also changed. Later, heroin was also changed. The actress said that if she had done it, it would have been different. People said that whatever is written, that is what happens. Bhumika waited a year for that film and did not accept other offers. Later, she signed another film deal, which also did not happen. The actress said it’s just like gambling; we don’t know when or which movie will work.
The actress admitted that she was disappointed that Jab We Met didn’t work out. She discussed how Bobby Deol and she were substituted in the Imtiaz Ali film.
Bhumika revealed that Rajkumar Hirani had explained to her why he had recast a character in his movie after 10 to 12 years. He told her that you were taken out of the movie due to someone else’s mistake. He told her, No worries; this happens here too.
