Snake Venom Case: Shocking Allegations Made Against Elvish Yadav In Chargesheet

According to a chargesheet, Elvish Yadav allegedly utilized a virtual phone number to organize the provision of snake venom for rave parties.

According to a 1,200-page chargesheet filed by the Noida police in Uttar Pradesh court yesterday, YouTuber Elvish Yadav allegedly utilized a virtual phone number to organize the provision of snake venom for rave parties and to communicate instructions to snake charmers.

The chargesheet, identifying eight accused and based on statements from 24 witnesses, unveils alarming details of how the YouTuber allegedly arranged for venom at parties. Noida police stated that he utilized a virtual phone number for this, which offers greater privacy as it’s not tied to a specific location or device.

The chargesheet states that when a party required venom, Elvish Yadav used the virtual number to call his friend Vinay. Vinay would then pass on the instructions to Ishwar, who in turn would communicate with the snake charmers. The snake charmers would then arrive at the party’s venue with their snakes. Police found Elvish’s virtual number in Vinay’s call records.

Elvish, Vinay, and Ishwar were detained for questioning last month and are presently released on bail. According to the Noida police, venom was extracted from snakes at a banquet hall owned by Ishwar.

The chargesheet alleges that Elvish Yadav was in communication with snake charmers who are currently incarcerated. Furthermore, the police have elucidated the rationale behind invoking sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 against the YouTuber.
