Shocking! Elvish Yadav ‘ARRESTED’ In The Snake Venom Case

Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner and Youtuber Elvish Yadav was arrested for his involvement in the "snake venom" case.

Elvish Yadav was apprehended by the Noida Police on Sunday regarding the snake venom case and subsequently remanded to 14-day judicial custody. The YouTuber and winner of Bigg Boss OTT2, Elvish, was summoned by the police for further interrogation related to the case, following which he was taken into custody. A video of Elvish with the police is circulating on social media, purportedly showing the YouTuber’s arrest.

Six individuals, including YouTuber Elvish Yadav, were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for allegedly supplying snake venom for a gathering in Noida’s Sector 51.

This event was part of a sting operation conducted by Maneka Gandhi’s People for Animals organization. While the other five suspects were detained, authorities were investigating Elvish’s involvement in organizing such parties and obtaining snakes for them.

A forensic investigation uncovered the presence of cobra and krait snake venom in samples confiscated from the party. To expose the exploitation of endangered animals, People for Animals conducted a sting operation. They reached out to Elvish Yadav based on information suggesting his involvement in such activities.

According to the complaint, Elvish assisted them by providing contacts who facilitated the procurement of snake venom. Additionally, Elvish featured snakes in his videos. Elvish Yadav underwent multiple rounds of questioning regarding the case, during which he denied all allegations made against him.

Recently, Elvish found himself in another controversy when a video of him assaulting YouTuber Maxtern, also known as Sagar Thakur, went viral. Following an FIR filed against Elvish in Gurugram, he issued a statement explaining the reason behind the altercation.
