Television actor Divyanka Tripathi Dahiya was involved in an accident on April 18, as confirmed by her husband Vivek Dahiya, and her publicist on Instagram. Vivek shared an X-ray photo showing Divyanka’s fractured arm and mentioned that she would undergo surgery on April 19. In response to the accident, Vivek canceled his scheduled live session on Instagram for today to support her during this time.
On April 18, Vivek posted an Instagram story with the following message: “Divyanka mam has broken two bones on her arm and will undergo surgery tomorrow. She’s in safe hands as updated (sic).”
Using its official Instagram handle, the Soapbox PR team posted, “We’re sorry to announce that Vivek’s live session scheduled for tomorrow has been postponed till further notice. Divyanka had an accident a few hours back and is now under medical care. Vivek is with her as she recovers. We thank you for your understanding and support. And join us in wishing Divyanka a speedy recovery. Vivek is eager to connect with all of you soon.”
For the unversed, Several months back, Divyanka underwent surgery to repair ligament tears. On the work front, Divyanka made her television comeback with ‘Adrishyam,’ portraying the character of Inspector Parvati Seghal. The series also stars Eijaz Khan as Ravi Verma.
