In a shocking news popular TV and film actor Shahbaz Khan has been booked by Mumbai Police for allegedly molesting a teenage girl. An FIR has been filed against the actor under section 354 (Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and also under section 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman of the Indian Penal Code IPC). He has not yet been taken into custody as Mumbai Police are still investigating the case.
The case has been filed at the Oshiwara Police Station and the actor is currently under the radar of the Mumbai Police. Shahbaz Khan is the son of Padma Bhushan award winner Ustad Amir Khan, a classical singer.
The actor has been featured in TV shows like Tenali Rama, Ram Siya Ke Luv Kush, and Daastan-E-Mohabbat Salim Anarkali. In most of his screen appearances, he has played a grey character.
