‘Shaitaan’ To Release On THIS OTT Platform!

Vikas Bahl’s much-awaited Bollywood horror-thriller, “Shaitaan” was released in theatres today on 8th March. Starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Jyotika, the film opened up to positive reviews and witnessed a blockbuster opening at the box office. As per the latest reports, it is now revealed that a leading streaming OTT platform has bagged the digital rights of the film.

Starring Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Jyotika, the digital rights of Vikas Bahl’s film, “Shaitaan” have been acquired by the streaming giant, Netflix. As per the reports, the OTT platform acquired the digital rights of the film at a substantial amount. However, an official confirmation is awaited.

Meanwhile, talking about the OTT release date of the film is yet to be announced. The 8-week theatre window is the standard theatrical-to-digital window that typically spans around 8 weeks. This means the film will most probably be released on the OTT platform by May or June.

Bollywood horror-thriller, “Shaitaan” which is the official Hindi remake of the Gujarati horror thriller, “Vash“. Helmed by Vikas Bahl, “Shaitaan” features Ajay Devgn, R. Madhavan, and Jyotika in pivotal roles. The movie narrates the tale of a family of four grappling to survive after encountering a malevolent black magician portrayed by R. Madhavan. The film was released in theatres on 8th March 2023.
