KoffeeWithKaran8: Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar is back with the 8th season of his chat show, Koffee With Karan. While B-town celebs like Alia Bhatt, Parineeti Chopra, Kiara Advani, and others are expected to appear on the show this season, many B-town celebs like Kartik Aaryan, Kangana Ranaut, and others won’t be making it to the chat show. Here’s the list of all the Bollywood celebrities who may not appear on Koffee With Karan season 8-
- Kangana Ranaut
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut’s relationship with filmmaker Karan Johar is nothing new to the industry and people. The two have locked horns on several occasions and leave no opportunity to slam and take digs at each other. Considering the same the possibility of the actress to grace the chat show of the filmmaker is almost zero to none.
2. Kartik Aaryan
Just like Kangana Ranaut, there have been rumors in the B-town that filmmaker Karan Johar shares a “not so friendly” relationship with actor Kartik Aaryan. The feud rumors between the two came out after it was reported that the filmmaker kicked out the actor from his film ‘Dostana 2’. Considering the same Kartik Aaryan may not grace the chat show this season as well.
3. Deepika Padukone
During her appearance in season 6 alongside actress Alia Bhatt, Pathaan actress Deepika Padukone swore that she would never again grace the show again. And ever since then, the actress didn’t appear in any of the seasons afterward. However, lately, there have been reports that the actress might grace the show this year with Ranveer Singh.
4. Anushka Sharma
Apart from Kangana Ranaut and Deepika Padukone, actress Anushka Sharma is also one of the Bollywood celebrities who might not appear on the 8th season of Karan Johar’s chat show. Anushka Sharma and her co-star Ranbir Kapoor have claimed that the show negatively affects the image of the actors.
5. Ranbir Kapoor
Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor once said that he would never appear on a chat show since he fears saying something controversial that can land him in trouble. The actor claims that the show maligns the image of the actors who appear on the chat show, therefore he would rather avoid going to the show. However, there have been reports that the actor might grace the chat show this year with wife Alia Bhatt.
6. Emraan Hashmi
Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi once created waves after the actor passed a very controversial statement on Aishwarya Rai Bachchan calling the actress “plastic”, this worsened his relationship and terms with the actress. And since the actor usually uses no filters while talking, he prefers avoiding chat shows such as “KWK”.
