After coming out of Bigg Boss OTT 2 house, TV actor Avinash Sachdev has slammed his ex-girlfriend who made severe allegations against him. Palak, who was also a contestant in Bigg Boss OTT 2, was evicted a few weeks ago. She made headlines when she talked about her breakup with Avinash and alleged that their strained relationship led to her father’s heart attack.
Avinash Sachdev and Palak Purswani started dating in 2019 and were also engaged for a brief period before parting ways. Avinash was shocked to hear the claims made by Palak and claimed that there is no truth to it. He then also mentioned that her recent claims had made him believe that their breakup was a good thing that happened to him.
During an exclusive interview, he said, “Ghar se bahar nikalne ke baad mujhe jo kuch bhi sunne mil raha hai, to mujhe acha lag raha hai ki mera unke saath breakup ho gaya. Kyunki agar yahi unko asli chehra hai to bhai, bhagwaan bhala hi karta hai hmesha. Maine pichle janam me koi ache karm kiye honge jo mai is rishte se bahar nikal aaya. (After her recent comments, I feel good that we had a breakup. I mean, if this is her true face, then God has really helped me here. I must have done something right in my previous birth that I am out of this relationship).”
Rubbishing the claims made by Palak, he said, “She is saying this after 21 months of breakup. Let me tell you that my father and her brother stayed in touch with each other for more than a year because some accounts had to be settled. Secondly, she and I have a lot of mutual friends and we have met each other several times in parties after the breakup. And we spent a good time and behaved in a respectful manner with each other. And, she never said these things all this time because there’s no truth to it.”
“I know that her father was hospitalized in Nagpur. I had myself called and asked about his well-being. But I don’t know where this heart attack word is coming from and I am least bothered about it.” he added.
Further slamming Palak, Avinash said, “Even in the Bigg Boss house, we lived normally. I have found out that when she got evicted, she didn’t say anything about me during the initial interviews. But she started saying those things in her personal interviews that were done after 3 days of eviction. So, I don’t know what was going on in her mind. Sahi batau to mujhe ab farq nahi padta kyunki ab mere liye na vo rishta important hai aur na hi ab vo insaan itna important raha hai kyunki unhone dhajjiya uda di hai. To ab jab dhajjiya uda hi di hai to bacha hi kya. (And honesty, I don’t care also because my relationship with her doesn’t matter to me anymore. And now she isn’t even important to me because she has made a mockery of it. So, there’s nothing left now).”
