Priyanka Chopra Recalls The First Time She Met Richard Madden

Global icon Priyanka Chopra has paired with American actor Richard Madden for the sci-fi action thriller series Citadel. Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden were in India for almost a week for the promotions and premiere. At the grand premiere, Priyanka shared that she met Richard years before they signed Citadel.

PeeCee said, “Richard and I actually met at a social dinner. We were seated next to each other and we really got along when we met for the first time. Then we met at award shows, after parties and stuff like that. But the first time we met for work, I knew that he was an extremely disciplined actor, someone who likes me, who likes to do preparation, who likes to come into work really prepared. That’s why we get along so well because we give a lot of respect to our work.”

When asked about the most difficult part of shooting Citadel, the actress said, “I think the most challenging part of Citadel was actually just all of it because it is a very complex show. It is also physically very challenging. But at the other side of it, when you watch it together, I am like, ‘wow, I can’t believe we all did that’.”

Citadel will premiere on Amazon Prime Video.
