Miley Cyrus Urges Fans To Stay ‘Human’ During Outbreak Of COVID-19

Only days after she and boyfriend Cody Simpson shared videos of themselves cleaning their house, Miley Cyrus had a strong warning for fans who practice virtual distancing.

From sold-out hand sanitizer and empty supermarket aisles, 27-year-old Miley Cyrus doesn’t like what she’s seeing in grocery shops— so brought a post to Instagram. “Be thoughtful. Respectful. Compassionate. HUMAN. “Be thoughtful. Regardless. Sort of love. HUMAN. She started her long post on Sunday, March 15, while planning for social distancing.

“NO ONE needs every soup in the store, The more we hoard the more expensive and sparse necessities will become, leaving many without essentials,” she told her 105 million followers.

“This is a great time to practice restraint… it’s incredibly difficult to make smart decisions while panicking, but think twice before following the fear and being inconsiderate,” adding to this she wrote “There is enough to go around if we take care of one another. This is a beautiful time to LEAD!”

She captioned a funny Hannah Montana-day throwback video, beautifully re-posting a scene describing an “emergency— a really big emergency.” The short video shows Hannah / Miley’s BFF Lilly — played by Emily Osment — hurrying into her Malibu home with bags of supermarket items.

Seemingly, something similar to the Coronavirus was expected by the Disney character back in the mid-2000s! Miley followed up her post with a host of other weather-fitting throwback photos, including a funny one of her wearing a face mask as she headed into her brothers ‘ house!

“Day 2 Quarantine. This is the REAL ME. RIGHT NOW,” the video Miley captioned. For another, Emily’s Lilly went to Hannah’s house for a cleaning binge and even left the instrument smelling new from Billy Ray Cyrus. “Find yourself a Lilly….#HannahMontanaPredictedCoronavirus,” Miley added to the caption.

Miley’s post falls under intense urging from both the World Health Organisation and the United States. The government to practice mutual distancing as a way of preventing the extremely contagious COVID-19 from spreading. In fear, many Americans stockpiled on food stores and cleaning supplies— leaving grocery stores to other shoppers with insufficient items.

Fans praised Miley for taking a stance in her post, saying, “telling the facts” and “thank you for that.” Others wrote, “Well said Miley,” adding clapping emojis as a show of encouragement.
