Machine Gun Kelly Gifts a Thorny Engagement Ring To Megan Fox; Quotes ‘Love Is Pain’

The two announced their engagement a few days back on their respective social media handles.

Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox are in the news recently, not because they’re engaged, but because of the engagement ring that Megan has. The diamond-studded ring is as beautiful as it could get but there’s a catch to it, Machine gun Kelly shares what makes it unique. The ring is said to have thorns at its bands which makes it extremely painful to remove it. He says,

“It’s a thoroughbred Colombian emerald, with no treatment. It was just carved into the teardrop, straight out of the mine. And the diamond was directly from Stephen. The concept is that the ring can come apart to make two rings. When it’s together, it’s held in place by a magnet. So you see how it snaps together? And then it forms an obscure heart. And you see this right here? The bands are actually thorns. So if she tries to take it off, it hurts.”

He had also shared a video of the ring and wrote a long caption for the post. It read, “Yes, in this life and every life” beneath the same branches we fell in love under, I brought her back to ask her to marry me. I know the tradition is one ring, but I designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birthstone) and the diamond (my birthstone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022.”

The two started dating in 2020 and sharing about their relationship Megan revealed,

“I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame. Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time. So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away.”

She had also compared her relationship with Machin Gun Kelly to that of a Tsunami. “Loving him is like being in love with a tsunami or a forest fire. The intensity of merging with him is just overwhelming, and the threat it poses is so powerful but so beautiful that you have no choice to surrender with reverence and with gratitude.”

Megan met her fiancé on the sets of Midnight: In the Switchgrass in March 2020, the same month when she got divorced from her ex-husband Austin Green. The two got married in 2010. Megan and Brian have three sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey. Machine Gun Kelly has a 12-year-old daughter Casie.
