The World War II-era U.S. scientist J Robert Oppenheimer is the central character of this 2023 Hollywood action-packed war movie.
The film was nominated for seven Academy Awards at the 96th Annual Academy Awards in 2024, including ‘Best Picture’, ‘Best Director’, ‘Best Actor’, and ‘Best Supporting Actor’. It also won eight Golden Globes, including ‘Best Drama Motion Picture,’ ‘Best Director’, and ‘Best Actor Drama in A Motion Picture’. In addition, ‘Oppenheimer’ took home seven awards at the ‘BAFTA Film Awards’, including ‘Best Film’ and ‘Best Director’. Christopher Nolan’s ‘Dunkirk’ was also a winner at the ‘Critics’ Choice Awards 2024, taking home eight awards.
