Justin Bieber and wife Hailey Baldwin looked stunning on the Met Gala red carpet on Monday night, but it wasn’t their fashion sense that grabbed fans’ attention. The couple stepped back from the wild and quirky styles on show at the event to prove that less is sometimes more.
They emanated elegance on the red carpet in New York City in classic black outfits as they marked their first appearance at the event together. The Canadian chart-topper opted for a black suit while his amazing wife exuded confidence in a chic black gown which did wonders to underline her cinched waist and model figure. The pair rocked up to one of the biggest nights in the fashion world looking stunning as they posed for pictures.
The pregnancy rumor sparked social media when eagle-eyed viewers spotted a moment that they think suggests the couple are expecting their first child together. In the video circulating on social media the pop star, 27, can be seen tenderly placing his hands on his wife Hailey Baldwin’s belly as they posed for photographers. But later the model appeared removing her husband’s hands from her torso shortly after he placed them there. Hailey,24, was also seen telling Justin not to put his hand there as they continued to pose for photographs.
The images sparked pregnancy speculation on Twitter after the couple’s brief interaction and led the fans flocking to social media to air their thoughts on what was going on. The users also teased Justin for the suggestive hand placement. “Babe, they’ll think I’m pregnant” one of her fans tweeted with laughing crying emoticons as they posted a video of Hailey removing her husband’s hands from her belly. However, not everyone seems to be on the same page of thought with others believing the model was just making sure she looked her best in front of the onlooking paparazzi.

Hailey has previously had to play down rumors of the couple being soon-to-be-parents after the Peaches singer referred to them as “mom and dad” on a social media post. The modal quickly commented, “I think you should maybe change this caption to Dog Mom and Dad before anyone gets it twisted.”
Earlier, she has also confirmed that she isn’t expecting to have a baby anytime soon. She told to Vogue Arabia, “I love kids and I can’t wait to have my own. I would say that now, that’s a closer reality, but definitely not anytime soon.” Justin appeared in agreement as he captioned a post, “Love dates with you, baby… One day I’ll be doing daddy-daughter dates… Not hinting at anything soon I’m not in a rush. I just wanna enjoy you by yourself for a while.”
