Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan left the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office here on Wednesday evening after recording statements in the drugs probe linked to the Sushant Singh Rajput death case.
Deepika Padukone reached the NCB office at 9:45 am on Saturday. She is being questioned after her drugs chat from 2017 were retrieved during the investigation of the drugs angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
Actor Shraddha Kapoor has arrived the NCB office this afternoon for interrogation. She received a summon from the investigating agency on Wednesday.
Kedarnath actor Sara Ali Khan reached the office of the Narcotics Control Bureau this afternoon. She was summoned by the investigating agency on Wednesday. Her name came up in the ongoing drug probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case.
The probe was initially triggered by the NCB’s investigation into the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput and led to the arrest of his live-in partner Rhea Chakraborty for the procurement of drugs on his behalf.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone-I) Sangramsingh Nishandar requested media persons not to chase the vehicles of actors who are appearing before the NCB, saying it can put their own lives as well those of others on the road in danger.
If any vehicle is found chasing the actors’ vehicles, it will be seized and stern action will be taken against the driver, he said.
