When Superstar Aamir Khan Returned To His College After 20 Years

Aamir Khan, one of the superhit names in the B-town’s glamorous world, turns 69 today. The Dangal actor will celebrate his 69th birthday with the media and will spend some memorable time with them. Aamir Khan, this name is not just limited to acting, but he gradually entered the direction and production as well. He started as the lead with “Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak” released in 1988. And exactly after 20 years of his flourishing filmy life, he visited his college, NM College in Vile Parle. In an exclusive interaction with Lehren, Aamir expressed that nostalgia after returning to the place where he started from.

Aamir expressed his joyfulness and said, “Issi stage par mein rehearsal kiya karta tha (I used to rehearse on this stage).” Aamir Khan’s “Taare Zameen Par” released in December 2007, is an iconic film which changed many parents’ perspective. He always experiments with his films by bringing new topics in a creative way. “You get encouraged when a new topic brings you success”, he added.

Experiencing the aura of his college after 20 years, he shed light on his old as well as upcoming ventures back then. He talked about Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Ghajini, Sarfarosh etc. Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak was a turning point in Aamir’s life. But for that he put immense efforts. He wandered the streets to promote his film. Ghajini is considered to be an all-time blockbuster film of Aamir. He appeared in trained physique in the movie.
