A few days ago, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao announced their divorce, thus ending their 15 years long marriage. However, the former couple said that they would continue to work together on common projects and the film titled Laal Singh Chaddha is one of them. Produced by Aamir Khan Productions, the film stars Aamir in lead and has Kiran as one of the crew members. The unit is currently in Ladakh filming a schedule.
Even though the couple has parted ways, they still seem to enjoy each other’s company. Aamir and Kiran are having an amazing time together in the scenic beauty of Ladakh. A video has recently surfaced online where Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao can be seen dancing with locals at what appears to be a cultural get-together.
Recently, the team of Laal Singh Chaddha was accused of leaving the shooting location in Ladakh trashed and littered. Aamir Khan Productions denied the claims and issued a statement regarding the same. It reads, “AKP would like to clarify that as a company we follow strict protocols for cleanliness in and around our shooting spaces. We have a team which makes sure that the location is kept trash free at all times. At the end of the day, there is a re-check of the entire location. At the end of the entire schedule, we make sure that when we leave a location, we leave it as clean, or cleaner than we found it. We believe that there are some rumors/allegations about our location not being kept clean. We strongly deny such claims. Our location is always open to relevant authorities to carry out checks anytime that they like.”
Laal Singh Chaddha is the Hindi remake of Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump. It is scheduled to release on Christmas 2021.
