The Kashmir Files: Darshan Kumaar Visits Theatre To Interact With Audience

Actor Darshan Kumaar, who plays a pivotal role in 'The Kashmir Files', visited a PVR in Mumbai to interact with the audience and discuss the film.

Actor Darshan Kumaar is seen playing the role of Krishna in Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘The Kashmir Files’. He has been garnering immense appreciation from the audience for his performance. Even after two weeks of the film’s release, the buzz amongst the audience is alive and the film is raking good numbers at the box office.

Darshan Kumaar visited City Mall PVR in Andheri, Mumbai on Friday and interacted with the audience that came out of the theatre after watching the film. Apart from humbly receiving their praises, Darshan talked about his process of working on the film. He revealed that he had done thorough research before acting his part. He also mentioned that he did his monologue in a single shot.

Darshan added, “Those who have watched the film will understand that it is not against any religion. The film is against terrorism.”

He then continued, “People didn’t know about this incident and they must know the history that is not being taught in our books.”

‘The Kashmir Files’ was released in theatres on 11th Match. It also features Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty and Pallavi Joshi in pivotal roles.
