Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen today turned 47 years old. Many actors and fans of the actress wished her on her birthday. On her birthday the actress shared a selfie with a cryptic letter. Hinting at some upcoming surprise the actor shared a cryptic caption on her post.
Taking to her Instagram account Sushmita wrote, “47 finally!!! A number that has consistently followed me for 13 years now!!! The most incredible year is on its way….I’ve known it a long time…and I am thrilled to finally announce its arrival!!! #duggadugga.I love you guys!!! #yourstruly #birthdaygirl#19thnovember #scorpio #yassssssss.”
Sushmita Sen’s daughter Renee also wished her with a heartwarming letter, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my Lifeline As you enter the best phase of your life, I just wanted to say thank you… You have the biggest and most forgiving heart… to be your daughter is God’s greatest blessing…You have created a legacy that is unmatched and I am so lucky I am witness to that everyday…most importantly, thank you for making Alisah and I strong, independent women who live life on their own terms! I love you infinity Maa!!! Welcome to your 47th!!! Hapyyyyy birthday Mommy!”
Reacting to her daughter’s heartwarming post Sushmita wrote, “I love you Shona Maa!!! It’s Always been my privilege!!! I thank God for you both!”. Apart from Renee, Sushmita’s sister-in-law Charu Asopa wrote, “Happy birthday to the most amazing person I know…. I love you didi.”
Sushmita Sen made her debut in the Bollywood industry in 1996 with Mahesh Bhatt’s thriller Dastak. Before entering the film industry Sushmita also won the Miss Universe 1994 pageant. The actress recently made her comeback with the series Arya. She will soon be seen in the web series “Taali” in which she will be playing the role of transgender activist Gauri Sawant.
