Controversial model and actress Sherlyn Chopra has filed a fresh FIR against Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty. She visited Juhu Police station on Oct 14 and lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police. Later, she addressed the media and revealed that she was s*xually assaulted by Raj Kundra. She said, that after she signed the documents for ‘The Sherlyn Chopra App’ with Raj Kundra, he visited her house on March 27, 2019, unannounced.
Calling out Raj Kundra, she said, “You know what happened that night.” She further told that she had to forcefully do a bold photoshoot that night under his pressure. She then alleged that for the next 10 months, Raj Kundra and Shilpa Shetty pursued her to associate with his other firm JL Stream.
Sherlyn revealed that she had approached the police on April 14, 2021, to file a s*xual assault case against Raj Kundra. She claimed that on April 19, Raj Kundra forcibly entered her house and threatened her to withdraw the case. She said, “unhone muje underworld ki dhumki di, aur kai saari dhamkiaa di. Daraya dhamkaya. Main ek single woman hu. Akeli rehti hu me darr gayi thi. Aaj himmat jutakar wapas ayi hu.”
The actress disclosed that she had appeared at the Juhu police station on April 20, 2021, to take her case against Raj Kundra back. And now, she has again gathered the courage to fight Raj Kundra. She said that although her life is still in danger and has asked the police for protection, she won’t be afraid of Raj Kundra and his power.
