Shah Rukh Khan To Share Screen With Daughter Suhana For Sujoy Ghosh’s Film “King”

After delivering hits like Jawan and Pathaan in 2023 Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan for the first time will be seen sharing the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan. As per the reports, the father and daughter duo will be seen collaborating for Sujoy Ghosh’s film titled “King”. Reportedly the shooting of the film will kickstart next year in January.

A source revealed to Pinkvilla, that the Bollywood father and daughter duo Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan will be seen sharing screen for the first time in Sujoy Ghosh’s upcoming film. Unlike some father-daughter drama films, the movie will be a one-of-a-kind action thriller film which is currently titled “King”.

The film will be helmed by Sujoy Ghosh and will be bankrolled by Red Chillies Entertainment in collaboration with Siddharth Anand’s Marflix Entertainment. This would be another collaboration between SRK and Siddharth after their blockbuster film Pathaan.

Siddharth will be looking over all the action scenes in this film too. Talking about the film the source added, that the plot of the film would be sleek with a lot of chase sequences, however, the core plot would be emotional.

Suhana Khan’s Upcoming Films

Meanwhile, Suhana Khan is currently awaiting the release of her debut film, The Archies. Directed by Zoya Akhtar the film will also feature Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina. The film will be released on December 7, 2023, on streaming giant Netflix.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Upcoming Films

On the other hand, after delivering blockbuster hits like Jawan and Pathaan, SRK is now gearing up for his film Dunki which will also star Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal Boman Irani, and others. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani the film will be released in theatres on 22 December 2023.
