Sanjay Leela Bhansali Had Offered Four Films To Sushant Singh Rajput?

The untimely demise of actor Sushant Singh Rajput has sent emotional shockwaves across the nation. The Kai Po Che actor allegedly committed suicide and his dead body was found at his residence in Mumbai. Post Sushant’s death to a tragic incident, the netizens, and many B-Town celebs have started to shift their focus on the existing nepotism in the industry. Social media has been buzzing with news that claims that the actor’s death has a direct relation to the politic existing in Bollywood.

Meanwhile, there have been speculations that the actor lost 7 films within a span of six months post the success of his 2019 film Chhichhore. This has led to a case being filed against the biggies in the Bollywood.

The latest update to the entire buzz says that Sushant Singh Rajput was offered four films by director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. A source stated, “Many people in the industry are expressing their grief and not many know that both Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were quite fond of each other as well as their work. In fact, not once but four times working together was on the cards for them, SLB had offered him 4 films, but due to date issues, things didn’t materialise.”

The source asserted that Sushant shared a strong equation with filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali since the late actor had taken stand for the ace director during the Padmaavat controversy. For the unversed, back in 2018 before the release of Padmaavat, Sushant condemned the violence and dropped his surname ‘Rajput’ to show his support to the filmmaker.

The source also revealed that Ekta Kapoor who launched Sushant as a lead in Pavitra Rishta also admired him and shared mutual understanding.

However, the case filed against the big names of Bollywood also includes the name of Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ekta Kapoor among others. The advocate who filed the complaint has alleged that Sushant was ousted from seven films and that some projects did not even release.  He’s alleged that these situations forced him to take the extreme step.
