Tripti Dimri played the character of Zoya and Ranvijay, played by Ranbir, has an extra marital affair with her. His brother said that the other cast of the film, Ranbir, Rashmika and Bobby Deol, has equal shares of significance throughout the movie. But no-one bothered to cover them as much as they do for Tripti.
He blamed PR agencies for doing this. He said that PR agencies would not do it openly but if one tries to see it through that lens, they would agree to the point.
