Amidst the lively interaction, Salman candidly confessed his rationale behind refraining from on-screen kissing, stating it was out of respect for the sentiments and feelings of the audience.
“Logon ki badolat kuch karna nahi pad raha hai screen par. Jaisa hu waisa hi chala jata hu,” Salman expressed. (“I don’t have to do anything because of people. However I am, I come and go.”)
He further explained his approach, saying, “To jitna action kar sakte hain use thoda sa badhaye jao, jitna romance kar sakte ho use thoda sa kam karo taki family wale parivaar wale jake dekhe.” (“I do more action and less romance so that families can go and watch movies.”)
Salman acknowledged Katrina’s presence in the film, suggesting that a slight amount of romance would be apt considering her role as Zoya. He humorously added, “Aur agar Emraan ka role Aatish ka nahi hota, toh main aapko guarantee ke saath kehta hoon ki yeh zaroor ho jata.” (“If Emraan was not playing Aatish, then I guarantee you that this would have happened.”)
In a light-hearted moment during the event, Salman playfully teased Emraan about his reputation for on-screen kisses, staging a humorous attempt to kiss him. Emraan, visibly bashful, and Katrina, amused, added to the jovial atmosphere.
