Aamir Khan, accompanied by son Junaid, was spotted arriving at Bhaijaan’s house. Kiran Rao, along with son Azad, also made an appearance, and a few other family members were seen arriving at Salman Khan’s house. But why did Salman Khan host the ceremony at his residence before the wedding?
Salman and Aamir share a strong bond, and Ira is like a daughter to Salman. He is extremely emotional about her wedding and wants her to have a happy time. An insider revealed to Bollywoodlife, ‘Salman Khan has made special arrangements for Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare ahead of their wedding, and we were in awe of this gesture by the superstar.’
Additionally, photos of the event have gone viral on social media, shared by Aamir’s niece, actor Zayn Khan. In a recent interview with News18, Aamir Khan praised his future son-in-law, Nupur Shikhare, calling him his son and commending him for supporting his daughter during her time of depression. Aamir admitted that he is an emotional person and anticipates shedding many tears during his daughter Ira Khan’s bidaai. ‘On that day, I am going to cry a lot. My family has already started discussing how to take care of me. I am a very emotional person. I can’t control my tears or my laughter. As the day nears, my emotions will only intensify. I am looking forward to it as it will be a special moment.’
The wedding is scheduled to take place on January 3rd.
