Rashmika Mandanna, who predominantly works in Telugu and Kannada films, is set for her Bollywood debut ‘Goodbye’. The actress swooned the nation with her role of Srivalli in Pushpa. Post that the actress has bagged multiple Bollywood projects cementing her career in the industry. During the trailer launch of Goodbye, Rashmika Mandanna shared her experience of working with Amitabh Bachchan and Allu Arjun. She also recalled her first meeting with the megastar.
Rashmika seems to be unstoppable with holding numerous projects in the kitty. She mentioned that she is living her dream of working with two icons of Indian cinema. She named Allu Arjun from the south and Amitabh Bachchan from Bollywood.
The south actress shared her experience of working with Big B and their first meeting. She said, “I met Amitabh sir for the first time on my birthday. I was waiting for sir on the set and said hi to him. He just walked in, crossed me and went. I didn’t know what to say. Then I went on the set, I was so nervous. I introduced myself. Initially, I thought he didn’t like me, but, I remember, one day he just randomly posted a poster of me from Pushpa. I think our relationship just got closer throughout the making of the film. He is a beautiful person and I am happy to see that side of a legend.”
Goodbye promises a complete family drama filled with laughter and emotions. The film stars, Rashmika Mandanna, Amitabh Bachchan, Neena Gupta, and Pavail Gulati. It is directed by Vikas Bahl and bankrolled by Ekta Kapoor and Shivashish Sarkar under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and Reliance Entertainment. The film will hit the big screens on 7th October 2022.
Not only Goodbye, but Rashmika also has more Bollywood films in her kitty. She will share the screen with Tiger Shroff in Screw Dheela and is also roped alongside Ranbir Kapoor in Animal. She also has spy thriller Mission Majnu in the pipeline with Sidharth Malhotra.
