Rashmika Mandanna became the national crush after appearing in Pushpa. The 26-year-old actress is acclaimed for her roles in the films Dear Comrade, Kirik Party, Geetha Govindam, and Pushpa: The Rise among others. Rashmika is said to debut in Bollywood with Mission Majnu alongside Sidharth Malhotra. That’s not it, she will also be seen in another Hindi film ‘Goodbye’. Recently, it has been reported that Rashmika Mandanna wraps the shoot for Goodbye.
The team of the upcoming film Goodbye has finished the shooting and we have learned the news via the Instagram handle of the Telugu and Kanada actress. Dear Comrade lead took to her Instagram sharing a few pics from the sets with her team. She penned an emotional note as her heart aches to say Goodbye to the team of Goodbye. Rashmika Mandanna wraps the shoot of Goodbye in which she is said to play alongside Shivin Narang, Amitabh Bachchan, and Neena Gupta.
The Pushpa actress made an Instagram post, that read: “Goodbye. Hate to say goodbye to my Baby ‘Goodbye’…but guys it’s a wrap for me for Goodbye! It’s been 2 years since we began this journey amidst covid waves and everything (it was literally like the vows- through sickness and in health) but nothing could stop us from partying our way through it all and now I can’t wait for you guys to see what Goodbye is really all about.. this is going to be funnnnnnn! Get ready to do some serious laughing (sic)”
She further added: “Everyone you see here .. everyone I’ve worked with in this team will always and forever be super special to me..(Guys! Let’s work again soon.. like super soon.. I dunno how you’ll make it happen but make it happen!) I love you guys! You are the bestest!”
Rashmika was quick to address the honor to work with Amitabh Bachchan. She wrote: “@amitabhbachchan sir.. I am so so glad and so so grateful I got to do this film with you.. you are the world’s bestest man ever!”
She also thanked director Vikas Bahl to offer her role in the film. “#vikasbahl.. thankyou for this.. god knows what made you believe in me to make me a part of such a special film, I just hope I’ve made you feel proud so far.”
Clearly, Dear Comerade actress hated to say Goodbye to the team as he couldn’t stop penning her feelings. “@neena_gupta .. you are the cutest! I miss you. Ahhhh ok I should stop.. Goodbye is an upcoming Hindi language film starring Rashmika Mandanna, Amitabh Bachchan, and Neena Gupta. Directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shivashish Sarkar under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and Reliance Entertainment. The movie that wrapped after two years went on floors in April 2021 during the Covid lockdown.
