A couple of weeks back, Aashiqui fame actor Rahul Roy suffered a mini-stroke after wrapping up the shoot of Nitin Kumar Gupta’s LAC in Kargil. Following the stroke, he was flown-in to Mumbai and was admitted to the Nanavati hospital where he underwent treatment.
On Monday, taking to his Instagram handle, Rahul Roy shared a video of himself from the hospital. Through the video, he reassured his fans that he’s recovering well. On the very next day, Rahul was discharged from the hospital.
In his note, the Aashiqui boy wrote, “I am recovering and thanks to all my friends, family and fans who are also like my family for pouring so much of love and prayers for me. Will be back soon. Love you all.”
Speaking to a news daily, LAC director Nitin gave updates about Rahul Roy’s health. The director of LAC said that the actor will undergo speech therapy. It is because Rahul is having trouble speaking certain words. He also mentioned that speech therapy will go on for a while.
