Bollywood actress Luviena Lodh recently addressed a press conference and made huge accusations against her husband Sumit Sabharwal and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt.
Luviena accused Sumit of supplying drugs and women. She said that she came to know about these illegal activities in 2016 and filed for a divorce afterwards. She says, “I went to Mahesh Bhatt’s office to inform him that Sumit is into illegal activities. When I told him, he began shouting at me and threatened me.”
She further claimed that Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt and Sumit have been harassing her since then.
She had earlier said, “Mahesh Bhatt is the biggest don of this industry. He is the one operating this system.”
“If you don’t play by his rules, he will make life difficult for you. Mahesh Bhatt has ruined a lot of lives by putting them out of work. He makes one phone call and people lose their job. Ever since I filed a case against him, he has been trying to enter my house and remove me from this house. No one files my NC (non-cognizable complaint) either and even after great difficulty I manage to file an NC, no action is taken,” she added.
Meanwhile, Mahesh Bhatt has filed a defamatory case against her. Sumit is Mahesh Bhatt’s nephew (as claimed by Luviena). However, Pooja Bhatt wrote in a tweet, “Please note that the lady in question is not a ‘relative’ since the man she was married to-Sumit Sabherwal is not MR Bhatt’s nephew as mentioned, nor related to him in any other way. Sumit is a senior production manager/head of production at @VisheshFilms.”
