Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is currently gearing up for his upcoming film ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ which also stars actresses Bhumi Pednekar and Kiara Advani, apart from them actor Ranbir Kapoor is also expected to make a cameo in the film. Meanwhile, as per the reports it is revealed that the actors’ wife and actress Katrina Kaif is not happy with Ranbir’s cameo in the film. Here’s why-
Katrina Kaif Isn’t Happy With Ranbir’s Cameo In Vicky’s Film
A Mid-Day report has claimed that Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor is expected to make a cameo in Vicky Kaushal’s next ‘Govinda Naam Mera’. The actors will be seen collaborating for the second time after the film ‘Sanju’. However, his ex-girlfriend and actress Katrina Kaif is not very happy with it.
The reports further stated, “It is now learned that Katrina Kaif is not too pleased with Ranbir Kapoor making a cameo in actor-husband Vicky Kaushal’s next, Govinda Naam Mera”. The report added, “While Kat is upset, doting hubby Vicky has taken the onus to calm down his wife and assure her that he will leave nothing to chance to ensure a perfect present and future.” However, the actress has not officially addressed the claims.
For the unversed, Katrina and Ranbir Kapoor have earlier been in a relationship with each other before their marriages, however, their relationship didn’t work out quite well and the duo was rumored to have ended their relationship not on the very best terms. Meanwhile, a source has claimed to Bollywood life that the actress has gotten over the Shamshera actor, Ranbir Kapoor, and is mature enough not to be affected by such matters. It further claimed the reports and rumors were baseless. The reports also stated that Ranbir already shot for his cameo way before the actors tied the knots.
On the work front, Katrina Kaif will be next seen in her upcoming horror-comedy film Phone Booth. The film will also feature Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead. Directed by Gurmmeet Singh, the film will release on November 4. She will also be seen in Salman Khan starrer-Tiger 3 and Merry Christmas with South actor Vijay Sethupathi. On the other hand, actor Vicky Kaushal will be next seen in Sam Bahadur apart from this he also has two untitled films with directors Laxman Utekar and Anand Tiwari.
