Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar’s chat show Koffee With Karan is currently one of the most popular web shows. The talk show is known among its viewers and the audience for its very controversial and juicy conversations with Bollywood celebs. However, there are still many big names in the industry who never appeared on his show, mentioning the same Karan Johar revealed that he might never bring these celebrities on the couch ‘ever’.
Karan Johar Reveals He Won’t Invite These Two Celebs On KWK
Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan has emerged as a platform for gossip and controversies made by the guests and the host himself. Celebrities across the industry like Alia Bhatt, and Kareena Kapoor among many others have graced the red couch. However, there still remain quite a few names from the b-town who never appeared on Karan Johar’s chat show, while it seems it is going to remain that way.
As recently the filmmaker revealed the two names from the Bollywood industry that he might never be able to bring to his talk show. In an interview with The Hindu, the Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar was asked to name celebrities that he couldn’t get on his show, responding to this he said, “Well, I did bring it up once with Rekha ma’am, even as recently as a couple of seasons ago. I was very keen to have her appear on the show, but she wasn’t convinced. But after that, I felt she has such an exotic, beautiful mystery about her… it has to be protected always. So I didn’t push it after that.”
After Rekha, Karan Johar mentioned the Bollywood producer Aditya Chopra, despite having him as his mentor and friend, Karan said that he might not bring Aditya to his show, he said, “Will I ever have Adi on KWK… I mean, I think I’m not brave enough to even ask him, right,”.
