Kangana Ranaut has called out Maharashtra’s ruling party Shiv Sena once again. Yesterday, a few members of the party physically attacked a retired Navy officer just because he forwarded a WhatsApp post on CM Uddhav Thackeray.
While the retired officer who served our country is still admitted to a hospital, the people who beat him up are roaming around freely with no serious action taken against them.
Kangana posted a video on her Twitter handle and slammed Uddhav Thackeray and his party for the incident.
A user wrote on Twitter, “Mumbai police. U arrest innocent republic media journalists who were just doing their work. And NOT arrest these people who have been openly beating up Indian citizens? U won’t get away with it Mumbai police. We demand a resignation!”
Another user wrote, “Wg Cdr Abhinandan after his plane crash landed in PoK & was beaten Ex Navy officer Madan Sharma after posting cartoon on Uddhav was beaten by Shivsena in Mumbai See the similarity, Kangana was right all along calling Mumbai as PoK these days.”
Kangana has now demanded resignation from Uddhav Thackeray.
