Juhi Chawla is stepping into the digital world by debuting a new series titled Hush Hush. After working in movies over the years the actress is evolving herself with the web series trend. Juhi Chawla will now play a titular role in Amazon Prime Video’s Hush Hush. Working with many actors and filmmakers she has seen their kids growing up and thinks they too work hard just like others.
Star kids in the industry are trolled for the privilege they have and getting everything on the platter without struggling. However, Juhi Chawla cleared the air revealing that they work hard to gain their position. In a new interview, she spoke about Kiara Advani, daughter of her childhood friend, Suhana Khan, daughter of Shah Rukh Khan and Varun Dhawan, son of filmmaker David Dhawan.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Juhi said, “Suhana and all have also grown up in front of us. It’s amazing to see them. Not just Suhana, there are so many of them. When I first shot with David ji in Swarg (1990), they (David’s sons actor Varun and director Rohit Dhawan) were kids. Now they have all become movie stars, so it’s just wonderful to see how talented they are.”
She went on to say, “All of them really work hard. None of them takes it lightly that I am a star kid so I’ll just arrive on sets and things will happen. A lot of them really work hard. It’s beautiful. But I can never say who is my favourite. All these kids I have seen growing up.”
Varun Dhawan made his acting debut with Karan Johar’s Student of the Year in 2012. He was last seen in Jug Jugg Jeeyo alongside Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor. On the other hand, SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s Archies. She will share the screen with other star kids, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda.
Talking about Juhi’s digital debut, Hush Hush is suspense thriller series revolving around few women’s life that goes upside down after an incident. It is directed by Tanuja Chandra and produced by Vikram Malhotra-led Abundantia Entertainment. It will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on September 22.
