Recently, Ira celebrated her 25th birthday with her family members and her beau Nupur Shikhare. While blowing out her birthday candles, Ira wore a bikini, while his father Aamir Khan stood beside her. Ira Khan’s clothing has made netizens furious.
Popular singer Sona Mohapatra came to the rescue of the 25-year-old star kid. She gave a befitting reply to the trollers and wrote a long post on social media about the same.

Looking at the post, few fans appreciated the singer for standing with Aamir Khan’s daughter. Praising her stance, one fan wrote, ‘I really appreciate your openness and their freedom and choices of enjoying life.’ While some other fan wrote, ‘‘I thank my stars every day I don’t live in India, and that my daughter can dress up anyway around her father. People don’t realize that when they question a woman’s choice of clothes around her father, they’re giving her father the right to lust over her. They’re saying he has no control over himself and all-female bodies elicit the same response in him. How sad.’
