IPL 2024: Moment Of The Match, When Preity Zinta Clicked With Shubman Gill

The owner of the winning team, PBKS, Preity Zinta clicked a photo with GT's captain Shubman Gill during the post-match ceremony. Shikhar Dhawan was also seen with them.

Celebrities meeting the opposite team’s captain have gained the attention of fans this IPL season. Shah Rukh Khan hugging DC’s captain Rishabh Pant went viral on social media and now IPL 2024 has got its another moment of the season. Yes, after yesterday’s match between Punjab Kings and Gujarat Titans, actress and owner of PBKS, Preity Zinta clicked with GT’s captain Shubman Gill. Netizens are enraptured by seeing the two Cutie-Pies in a single frame. 

PBKS Vs GT, 4th April match was fun to watch. GT scored 199 in 120 balls. Shubman Gill gave 100% and scored 89 in 8 overs but all his efforts were overcome by Punjab Kings as they beat GT by scoring 200 in 119 balls. Major credit of Punjab’s yesterday’s victory goes to Shashank Singh. He managed to scratch 61 runs in 29 balls as the highest contribution by any player of Punjab in yesterday’s match. It was the second triumph of the Punjab Kings of this season. 

Though the match was the centre of focus, Preity Zinta became the centre of attraction due to her elegance. The camera captured her adorable moments while smiling and flaunting her shiny hair. After the match, the owner went on the field to celebrate the success. Later, she met the top scorer of the match and the captain of GT, Shubman Gill. Preity, Shubman Gill and PBKS’ captain Shikhar Dhawan clicked a photo together.  Social media, especially female fans, have already gone gaga over his appearance and fans showered extra love after seeing him with gorgeous Preity Zinta. 

Also, Shubman made a first half century of the season and also a maiden fifty in the April 4th match as Gujarat Captain. GT will next play opposite Lucknow Super Giants on April 7th and on April 9th PBKS and Hyderabad will have their first match.
