When Aamir Khan’s Brother Faisal Khan Said, “Mein Aapne Kutte Ka Naam Bhi Kabhi Aamir Nahi Rakhunga”

Bollywood siblings Aamir Khan and Faisal Khan share a bitter relationship. Faisal has several times opened up about the difficulties he faced because of Aamir. In 2007, Faisal went missing for two days after lodging a complaint against Aamir, accusing the superstar of keeping him under house arrest because he believed that Faisal was mentally ill. Later, Faisal came out in the media and made serious allegations against Aamir. He revealed that Aamir would deprive him of money sent by their father and even try to sabotage his career. In an interview, Faisal also commented on the rivalry between Aamir Khan and Shah Rukh Khan. Mentioning how Aamir named his dog ‘Shah Rukh Khan’, Faisal said that he would never name his dog ‘Aamir’ because dogs are loyal, sensitive, and intelligent, and stated that Aamir doesn’t deserve any of these qualities.

During an exclusive interview with Lehren Retron, Faisal was asked about Aamir, who once revealed in a blog that he has a pet dog named Shah Rukh in his house: “jo unke talwe chatta hai.”

Faisal responds, “Aisa bold statements…..haa meine bhi suna tha pehle ki unke yaha jo kutta hai Panchgani mein rehta hai. Unke Panchgani ke bunglow mein jiska naam Shah Rukh hai rakh diya tha yaa maali ne rakh diya tha. Muze Dukh hua yeh baat sunke.” He further said, “I don’t know ki Aamir ne apne kutte ka naam Shah Rukh rakhdiya, lekin mein apne kutte ka naam kabhi Aamir nahi rakhunga, kyunki dog jo hota hai kaafi loyal, sensible, sensitive, intelligent, usme yah qualities hoti hai and I thing Aamir has none of these qualities. So I don’t think I levelled name my dog Aamir.”
