Aryan Khan gets clean chit from NCB in the drug-on-cruise case. Read the details below!

Superstar of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and his family went through a lot of trouble over the past few months. Last year on 3rd October, following the arrest of Aryan Khan along with seven others, SRK was facing many difficulties. Even though the star kid got bail after 26 days of arrest, still he had to go through many legal formalities. Finally, it seems that Aryan can take a sigh of relief as Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has given a clean chit to SRK’s son in the drug-on-cruise case. On 27 May the NCB filed a charge sheet in the drugs-on-cruise case giving the star kid a clean chit.

Sanjay Kumar Singh, Deputy Director General (Operations), NCB said in a statement, “SIT carried out its investigation in an objective manner. The touchstone of the principle of proof beyond reasonable doubt has been applied. Based on the investigation carried out by SIT, a complaint against 14 persons under various sections of the NDPS Act is being filed. Complaints against the remaining six persons are not being filed due to a lack of evidence.”

Aryan’s bail application had mentioned, “There is nothing on record to suggest that the present applicant is in any way connected with the production, manufacture, position, sale, purchase, transport, import, export or use of any psychotropic substance or the financing, illicit trafficking and/or harboring of offenders in relation to any narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances and hence the ingredients of any offense under the NDPS act, 1985 are not prima facie made out in respect of the present applicant.”
