1. Home-cooked food – Anushka has 5 snacks meal a day. She prefers home-cooked nourishing food over processed food.

2. Lots of water – She believes that water consumption helps maintain our overall body and get rid of all the toxics. She consumes 3 liters of water on a daily basis.

3. Meals – Her early morning breakfast includes 2 egg whites and a tall glass of fresh fruit juice. She has a cheese toast with, coconut water or lime water for her mid-day snack. She carries her lunch to shoot which includes homemade dal with two chapattis or some veggies and salad. She loves too much over protein bars or seasonal fruit in the evening. Anushka tries to keep her dinner simple by eating the same healthy food just like her lunch.

4. No to Junk – Anushka strictly avoids junk food and stays away from too oily food. However, she likes to have her cheat day sometimes.
