2023 marked the release of some blockbuster Bollywood films like, “Jawan”, “Pathaan”, “Gadar 2”, Tiger 2″ and others. While many films like “Dunki”, “Salaar”, and “Animal” among many other much-awaited films are currently in the queue. So without further ado let’s take a look at the upcoming highly anticipated and much-awaited upcoming Bollywood films in releasing in December 2023.
- Animal
Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Animal is an upcoming action thriller Bollywood film featuring actor Ranbir Kapoor alongside Rashmika Mandanna in the lead role. Apart from the two, the film also features Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Tripti Dimri, and others in significant roles. Bollywood film Animal is expected to hit the theatres on 1 December 2023.
2. Sam Bahadur
Directed by Meghna Gulzar, Sam Bahadur is a biographical war drama film based on the life of India’s first field marshal, Sam Manekshaw. The biopic stars Vicky Kaushal as Vicky Kaushal as Sam Manekshaw, Sanya Malhotra as Silloo Manekshaw, Fatima Sana Shaikh as Indira Gandhi, and Neeraj Kabi as Jawaharlal Nehru among others. Sam Bahadur will be released in theatres on 1 December 2023.
3. The Archies
The Archies is a musical drama set in the 1960s directed by Zoya Akhtar. It stars SRK’s daughter Suhana Khan, Boney Kapoor’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, Aditi Dot, and Vedang Raina. ‘The Archies’, will be released on the OTT platform, Netflix on 7th December 2023.
4. Dunki
Directed by 3 Idiots director, Rajkumar Hirani, Dunki is an upcoming comedy-drama Bollywood film featuring superstar Shah Rukh Khan alongside Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, and others, while actor Vicky Kaushal will have a cameo in the film. Dunki will be released in theatres on 22 December 2023.
5. Salaar
Salaar will be a Telugu action thriller film, directed by KGF director Prashanth Neel. The film will feature Prabhas, Shruti Haasan, and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. The film will hit the theatres on December 22, 2023.
