Prime Minister Narendra Modi surprised the nation on the auspicious occasion of Navratri by revealing his hidden talent – a brand new Garba song titled ‘Maadi’. The song, unveiled on the first day of the vibrant festivities, has set the entertainment industry abuzz with excitement and appreciation. Hailing the Prime Minister’s artistic prowess, notable personalities from Bollywood including Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, Anupam Kher, and Juhi Chawla took to social media to express their admiration. However, Akshay’s tweet has a slice of humour in it.
In his tweet sharing the melodious composition, Narendra Modi exuded enthusiasm, “As the auspicious Navratri dawns upon us, I am delighted to share a Garba penned by me during the past week. Let the festive rhythms embrace everyone! I thank @MeetBros, Divya Kumar for giving voice and music to this Garba.”
The Bollywood Khiladi, Akshay Kumar, known for his wit, lauded the Prime Minister’s foray into the world of music, by writing, “This is amazing @narendramodi ji! Sir ab aap hamare field mein bhi…hum kahan jayein (now you are in our field as well…where should we go now)? Shubh Navratri to you and everyone.”
Notably, Akshay Kumar had previously interviewed Modi at his official residence, marking a bond beyond the realms of entertainment and politics.
