After the massive box office success of the film, Animal Bollywood actor Bobby Deol who appeared in the film playing the role of the lead antagonist is now all set to make his debut in the Tamil film industry with South actor Suriya starrer film, “Kanguva”.
Bollywood actor Bobby Deol is currently gearing up for his Tamil debut with Suriya starrer upcoming much-anticipated film, Kanguva. In an exclusive conversation with IndiaToday.in, Bobby Deol confirmed his appearance in the film. He said, “Yes, I am doing Kangava with Suriya. It’s an amazing team, Shiva is a sweetheart and Suriya is an amazing actor again, so dedicated it’s a real pleasure working with him.”
Talking about his character in Kanguva, Bobby also revealed that his role in the Suriya-starrer goes beyond his usual comfort zone. He added, “This role is definitely out of my comfort zone, also I don’t know the language, so that is again totally out of my zone. I can’t even learn Tamil in a month or two, but I will work on it.”
About Kanguva
Kanguva also known Kanguva: A Mighty Valiant Saga, is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language period action drama film directed by famous filmmaker Siva. The film will feature South actor Suriya in “6 roles” alongside Disha Patani, Bobby Deol, and Jagapathi Babu among others. Made on a budget of around ₹300–350 crore, Kanguva will be released in “38 languages”. The film is expected to hit the theatres in 2024.

Kanguva’s teaser was released back in July this year. The short teaser featured a glimpse of the rugged look of actor Suriya. The short teaser received great reactions and reviews from the audience creating anticipation and excitement among the fans.
