Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan who was engaged to Nupur Shikhare last year will soon be tying the knot with him in January next year. Ira Khan’s father and actor Aamir Khan recently announced the wedding date of his daughter which is set to be next year on 3rd January 2024.
Speaking to News18, actor Aamir Khan revealed that his daughter Ira Khan will be tying the knot with Nupur Shikhare on January 3, 2024. Talking about his soon-to-be son-in-law Aamir said that Nupur is someone who stood by his daughter Ira while she was battling with depression and supported her emotionally. Aamir revealed that he’s happy that his daughter has chosen Nupur.
Talking about his daughter’s wedding Aamir revealed that he is a very emotional person and that it is a given that he will be crying a lot during his daughter’s wedding. He also stated that discussions have already begun in his family that somebody has to take care of the actor at Ira Khan’s wedding.
Aamir Khan recently took a break from acting to focus on his family talking about the same the actor revealed that his decision to take a break from acting has helped him improve his relationship with his family. Aamir said that he realized the importance of his family and learned a lot of things during the last two and a half years which has made him much calmer.
Ira Khan-Nupur Shikhare Relationship
For the unversed, Ira Khan got engaged to Nupur Shikhare on November 18, 2022. After 2 years of dating, Nupur Shikhare proposed to Aamir Khan’s daughter during a cycling event. The engagement ceremony of the two was held in Mumbai last year and was attended by several B-town celebs including Imran Khan, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and others.
