Blake Lively Amended Lawsuit REVEALS Justin Baldoni Made Two Other Actresses ‘Uncomfortable’ On Set

Blake Lively’s legal battle with Justin Baldoni takes a new turn as fresh allegations surface. What’s next in this ongoing dispute? Read the full story to find out.

Blake Lively has submitted an updated complaint in her legal battle with Justin Baldoni, adding new claims and evidence. The revised 163-page filing was submitted to a New York federal court on February 18, refining the lawsuit she first filed on December 31. Blake’s lawyers, Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb claim this version strengthens her initial allegations and includes “previously undisclosed communications” with Sony, Wayfarer Studios and multiple witnesses.

A major addition to the complaint is a new defamation claim against Baldoni and his associates. According to her legal team, this claim stems from “repeated false statements the defendants have made about Ms. Lively” since the original lawsuit. Jed Wallace and his company have also been named as defendants in the case. Wallace, in a separate legal filing, has denied any involvement in an alleged smear campaign against Lively.

The lawsuit alleges that Lively was not the only one to raise concerns about Baldoni’s behavior on the set of It Ends With Us. It states, “Ms. Lively was not alone in complaining about Mr. Baldoni and raised her concerns contemporaneously as they arose in 2023, not in connection with some imagined power play for control of the film in 2024.” The filing also claims that two other actresses from the production are willing to testify about their own experiences. Their names were withheld to prevent potential online harassment.

The amended complaint presents a timeline of events starting from May 2023, including a message from Lively to a mutual acquaintance in which she wrote, “It’s like HR nuts today. The both of them. I wasn’t expecting that turn.” She also described Baldoni and his partner Jamey Heath as “creeps.”

Since the lawsuit became public, both Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have engaged in legal actions against each other with Baldoni accusing Lively of trying to gain creative control over the film. The case is expected to go to trial in March 2026. Both sides recently declined mediation.
